Debit Card Fraudulent Activity

We use Visa's Falcon Fraud system to help detect fraudulent activity for your Monorail debit card.

Transactions are scored, and if a certain threshold is reached, Falcon will initiate automated calls to confirm that the transaction was either valid or fraudulent. Falcon will try you three times and if the calls go unanswered, your card will be automatically locked.

Typically, calls go out within 20 minutes of a case being opened, between your local time of 8:00 am - 9:00 pm.
