How can I reset or change my password?

The Monorail app allows you to modify your password in two different places.

Option 1 - Resetting a Forgotten Password
You may reset your password by hitting the "Forgot password?" button on the login screen of the Monorail App.

Steps:

  1. Open the Monorail App 
  2. Select "I already have an account" to access the login screen.
  3. Select "Forgot password?"
  4. Select where you wish to receive the verification code.
  5. Provide your phone number and/or email address that your account was registered with.
  6. Enter the verification code that was sent to your phone or email.
  7. Create a new password and confirm it is correct.
  8. You're all set!


Option 2 - Changing Your Password When Already Logged In
You may modify your password at any time via the "Change Password" feature located in the Main Menu of the app.

Steps:

  1. Log into your Monorail account.
  2. Navigate to the Main Menu.
  3. Under “Security select “Change Password”
  4. Provide your current password.
  5. Provide your new password and confirm it is correct.
  6. You're all set!


You may now log into Monorail on any device with your new password!
