Can I close my Monorail account at any time?

You can absolutely close your Monorail account at any time.

Step 1: You must withdraw your funds from, or transfer them out of, your Monorail accounts before initiating the account closure process. If you have an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) with Monorail, your IRA will need to be rolled over before closing your account.

Step 2: When you’re ready to close your Monorail account, login to the app and reach out to the Customer Support team to request an account closure.

Step 3: We’ll initiate the process on our end, and your account will be closed in 1-3 business days once the request has gone through the proper channels.
